The food was good, but we went to close to closing and was RUSHED out the door like, "Okay Bye Bye Now!" If they close at 10pm get there by 9pm or you'll only be able to swallow and not chew like us. Rating would have been 4 stars if not for that and my bf is allergic to all seafood and shell fish. They didn't tell us that the condiments all pretty much contained fish paste. Thank God he's a chef and recognized that or it would've been a trip to the ER.

Was passing through the area and whated some Korean food so my wife and I decided to stop in. The price was great. The food was good so I have absolutely no complaints. I'll definitely be stopping in when ever I am in the area.

From appetizer to entree, food was delicious.Service was prompt and friendly. Prices reasonable. Recommend the short ribs and the homemade dumpling appetizer.

My girlfriend and I love this place. We've tried most of the Korean restaurants in Columbia and this our go-to. The hot stone bibimbap & kimchi stew are delicious.

Do not order the beef soup with glass noodles and spring onions. It has no flavor and taste, its like boiled water ,its horrible!. I complained to the owner /manager and the waitress and they both told me to just use salt. Who wants salt water? Horrible customer service, complained twice and they completely ignored me.

I would say five stars but I was rushed to order when it was my first time there and did not know their menu. The food tasted great even though I would have chosen a different plate if I wasn’t rushed. I loved the authentic feel of real Korean style and flavor.

I love this place. I’ve been here several times and the food is always good. If I lived closer, I would eat here every day! Their side dishes are plentiful and varied. They owner and her staff were very sweet to us when we came for my little sister’s Birthday! Thank you! One thing I love about this place is that they have pictures of many of their dishes on the walls. I plan to try every single one of them!

If you're looking for something new to try this is the place for you the food is absolutely amazing, come with an open mind and open mouth lol, I recommend the bbq Korean chicken and the Beef short ribs as seen in the pic, this is a dining experience more than just some where to eat

The food was delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly, offering reccomendations. I had the bibimbap and they were willing to substitute beef for pork due to my dietary restrictions.

Tried it the first time today. Very impress! It’s better than some even in Atlanta. Dishes are not very heavy in sauces and they give decent portions with a great variety of side dishes. Will definitely come back.

Good Korean food. I've always enjoyed everything I've gotten there. My typical go to is kimchi jigae or naengmyon. Some of the banchan can be a little too sweet at times, but hey, their complimentary. Give them a go if you're in the mood for something authentic and delicious.

If you're looking for original home cooking Korean food this is your place to be. The food here is actually from the 1st to the last bite is always amazing. I do believe the owner actually cooks in her restaurant so it's even better when she brings you out the food .

I love this place. It has a great atmosphere for a family outing. I would recommend that you get the black noodle with steak. It has many Korean options. It is a responsibility priced place. You should definitely come here!

I haven't try amazing food like this for a long time, I ordered a beef lunch box, sound simple right? but it comes with many kind of dishes, so worthy of 9 dollar, highly suggested. And I have a little tip, they offer 10% discount if you pay with cash.

This place is amazing. I always go with friends and family, always in a group of at least 3. My absolute favorite is the beef. I love the smorgasbord of random pickled vegetables, and the kimchee. Everything is very fresh and the atmosphere is really cozy. It's a very small restaurant, and it's in a strip mall, so it's a little sketchy looking. But if you're in Columbia sc, and you're looking for a good Korean place to eat, look no further than Korean Garden.

A variety of korean food you can experience. LA galbi and porkbelly are good. Lots of side dishes are good, too. If you live in Columbia, I would go and try this restaurant.

Worst service restaurant I have ever been to! When I asked for some more fish cake the lady (or the owner) told me in a very rude way that I am not allowed to order it cause I have ordered it for two times (which is not true cause I only asked it for one time).

This is quite possibly my favorite restaurant for Korean food, and probably one of my top ten favorite places period. This is one of those places where English isn't spoken very much, and the food is so perfectly authentic that if you close your eyes you might just forget what country you are in. It's in a small shopping center and it has a little bit of a hole-in-the-wall Vibe, but do not be fooled, the food is top-notch. Order a Korean beer and you will find it served in those little traditional glasses, and when they bring a bunch of little bowls of side dishes, don't be alarmed. That's part of the experience. Take a little, and share it with the rest of your party.Don't be shy, don't be scared, give this place a shot and you will not regret it!

Miss the old manager, they were very nice and cared about their customers. I love the food tho!! The new manager raised the prices and didn’t even give me the exact change back. Noticed many things that were off. Won’t be coming here anymore. Very disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised to find really good Korean food in Columbia, SC. We orderes the kimchi jigae, soondubu, jajangmyun, jjangbong, and jaeyuk bokkum. Everything was so flavorful and comforting. I loved the jaeyuk bokkum and the smoky marinated pork belly.

Excellent food.

Go-to place for Korean food. Good dishes here include grilled spicy pork, octopus, seafood spicy noodle, and some jeongols. The number of sidedishes are impressive but some of them are not fresh. For example some are too dried and tough. Should not be on table if they are not in a good condition.

It was my first time here. The food was so delicious at really good price-- this could easily be a $15 meal elsewhere. The ladies working could be a little more warm and welcoming... they weren't *rude* really, just kind of got dry first impressions 😬, but i'll let it slide for how good everything else was. Lol I'll be back for sure!
